[2] Opt-In To XET

This post will help you understand how to Opt-In to XET, after setting up your Algo Wallet.

Step 1

Log in to your My Algo Wallet and make sure that you have over 0.001 ALGO in it.

Step 2

If you check My Algo Wallet now and click the ALGO asset icon, you will be able to see “ + Add Asset” and click on the icon

Step 3

Enter XET asset id “283820866” > click “Continue”.

‍

‍

Step 4

Click “Asset opt-in”

‍

Step 5

For signing the optin transaction, Enter the password and click “Send.”

‍

‍

Step 6

Transaction will be in a pending state and then will be confirmed. Success! You can now send or receive or send XET, via My Algo Wallet!
